In 2021, I helped the crew at Vantage Point Hospitality from Brooklyn, NY open a Mediterranean Pizza spot in Virginia. I created their menu, recipes, tested out equipment, trained staff, and set up their inventory and ordering systems.

It was a treat to fly down often to assist in build-out and re-branding of the space . . . and live on pizza for a couple of months . . . yummm.
